Extreme gas

I don't want to offend but I have lost half of my weight but I have constant sulfer gas. I don't know what to do to stop this. I don't think I have cdif because I'm a nurse and I know that smell. Any suggestions because I am driving myself and my family nuts.

Do you eat a lot of things with artifical sweeteners? Like protein shakes and protein bars? Those are the only days I have really bad gas. If I use stevia I don't have those issues.
