Hello!!! Just checking in to see how everyone is progressing??

I'm in regret phase. Especially with it being summertime. Went to the beach yesterday and everyone is on the boardwalk enjoying all types of food and treats and I can barely eat the inside of a fish taco or take a normal size drink of water. Right now I'm wondering if it was worth it.

Don't get discouraged!!! Have you lost any weight? Remember all the those treats that you see everyone else eating is what got us in trouble in the first place. Try to look at it from a different perspective. Look at the results that you achieved. I wish I had more restriction like you because I don't want to fall back into the same trap again. It's scary!! Just take it one day at a time.

Yeah I've lost weight and people tell me I look slimmer. My scale is malfunctioning maybe if I go get a new one and see the difference myself then it would be more motivation. I still look the same to me.

Yes. I know what you mean. When I look in the mirror I look like the same person. But my clothes tell a different story, and that is the real judge. Hang in there. We all heal differently. It should get better soon.

Yeah my clothes definitely feel looser so there's that.
