Help!

I am out of surgery for a year now and i have seemed to have lost my way. As i have already lost 50 lbs i am in need of help to maintain this and im afraid that i will put the weight back on. Any suggestions on how to reset the sleeve would be helpful.

Hi, I am 10 months out and have stalled also. I am going to go back to the basics for a week and sees if that will work. My husband also got me a tread climber and put it in the Licing room so I can walk daily. Need to do strength training also....

If you figure out a way please share with me, it is very frustrating.
