Mass. Health

So.....I spent my 6 plus mos jumping through hoops to fulfill all requirements requested by Mass Health.

Request from my PCP, support group meetings, psy analysis, blood work, meeting with nutritionist, and losing weight through out this time frame.

I met with my surgeon this past Monday, got the ok and was told our final step is to submit all these verifications to Mass Health!

It has been a long journey and I am so ready...

Then, the kicker!!!

I was told it takes an ADDITIONAL 6 to 8 weeks to get the appropriate v all!

Wth?

ANY sleepovers out there from Western Ma on Mass Health?

Did it truly take 2 more mos?

I am so frustrated right now.
