3 days post op pain

Hello all, I am 3 days post op and I am in so much pain. Basically on my right side of my stomach where the bigger incision is. It hurts to get up and even walk. Other than that I'm keeping my fluids down. No other issues, just the incisional pain. Pain reliever doesn't really work either. Anyone experience this? How long does this last.
