Surgery 12/9. Height 5'9. SW 255

Hello everyone! I was sleeved 12/9 and weighed 255. I currently weigh 198 and my height is 5'9. Just wanted to see how everyone is doing on their weight loss journey and their stats. Please post your height too because I feel like that's an important factor when looking at other people's weight loss.

Thank you!

I have been doing good, but haven't had the time to do too much exercise as this is my busy time of year. I have hit some stalls along the way, but just focused on meeting my protein and liquid goals. My practice starts you off eating soft foods day one and I have now been cleared to eat anything. Doctor has also taken me off of all blood pressure medication, yay!!!

Good morning.
Starting weight was 242
Current wt 186
Surgery date 12/20/17

Struggling on getting water and protein.
But hanging in there. Still avoiding carbs and sugar as recommended.
Can only eat about a cup of food.
Need to exercise more. But so crazy busy.
I'm am now wearing a size 12, down from an 18.
Hair is falling out like crazy. But thank goodness I have a lot of it.!
