Three weeks post op today !!!!!! What I've learned so far

So today marks three weeks post op for me! Whoohooo!!!! One thing that I can agree with from vet sleevers is that it does get easier. The incision pain is prettt nonexistent just a bit sore now. I haven't weighed myself for few days but my stats are

Pre-op last weigh in 235 and right now I'm almost 210 pds.

Ive started to incorporate weights and walking and will be back in the gym this week. I can drink more Water at once now and I don't have any complaints. The only issue I'm having is with constipation. I took a stool softener and it took until the next day to work so I purchased sopositories (enema) and will try that tonight. This is literally the best thing that has happened to me besides the birth of my child!

Congratulations. I am now 7 weeks and am amazed. I had your same problem and now eat a prune a day and have had no problems.

Awesome.
Glad to hear it.
I am anxiously waiting for my 6 months to be up.
My wife might be getting her sleeve in about 1 month.
Mine, not until August.

I will try prune when I'm as far out as you! I took an enema and everything came right out!
