I am 5 months out from my surgery and 4 months out since my small bowel obstruction. I am wondering if people notice some days you feel super great but then other days you don't,feel very well. This not being caused by eating something you shouldn't just in general still not 100% !?

I'm 6 weeks out. Yes, I have those days. These past 2 days I feel so low energy even though I'm meeting my protein goals & close to goal with water. I don't know why I have on & off energy days or on & off "100%" days. I want to feel normal or 100 every day.

My profile picture is not me. It's my "FITspiration" body.

I am definitely not 100%!! I just went through a bowel impaction that I had to remove myself. I've been nauseous everyday since the surgery and hospitalized 1 time. I went to the ER earlier this week to find out I have a full colon and a UTI. I also got 2 liters of fluids at that time. I was 3 months post op on the 22nd.
