Beginning the Journey

Hi everyone. I went to the seminar this past Wednesday and I have my first appointment with Dr. Kirk on April 11th. My question is has anyone used Health Choice for their Insurance with the Bariatric Surgery? If so, how much out of pocket did you have to pay, and what did they require (medical wise) you do before surgery?
