Detox-post op?

Has anyone done any sort of detoxes post op? I am 14 months post op and have done detox cleanses in the past before having had surgery. , but hadn't done one post-op. A friend of mine who has not had surgery is currently doing one that I was thinking of trying. While I don't think medically there should be an issue, just thought I'd see if anyone had done one post op and how it compared to detoxes you may have done pre-op.

TIA

If you have a functioning liver it does all the detoxing you need. Everything else is just snake oil.

I must have accidentally turned my notifications off, I had no idea you guys had replied lol

I have several friends who swear by the Nature Made 7 Day Detox cleanse. It's supposed to be all nature and good for your digestive system, skin, etc I used to do various ones every year , but I also ate a lot more junk food then as well.
