2 weeks Post op Stall?

I know my calorie is already low but in a few days I had lost 6 pounds and in one weeks I lost 12lbs.

Now it's been another week and I haven't lost a single pound. I'm even more active now that I'm healing good.

Is this normal stalls?

Should I be concerned?

What was your first couple of weeks like?

Search "three week stall." This stall happens to almost everyone. Stay off of the scale for a while. Concentrate on meeting your protein and water goals. The weight will come off in time.

Good luck!

Just went through my first stall. Yes it is normal. It's still upsetting. You need to look at the whole picture in two weeks you lost 18#'s. Heck I'm 5 weeks out and I've lost 19 total. Keep doing everything required for your plan. If your following that then you are doing all you can do. The rest is up to your body. Maybe try staying off scale will help.
