Before pics *ugh!*

I just had my husband take my 'before' pictures. I know I will want them later but this was very painful. Poor guy, his eyeballs are probably melting as we speak. Oh well, reality sucks and this princess just got to see some of it. Has anyone had this experience?

*insert big fat pig picture here*..... :cry

But I knew this would be painful and now seeing myself like that has really got to me. I wish I could have done this by myself (taken the pics). Now I know why I need this surgery. Before it was just because I could be thin and have better sex with my husband. I am FAT!! *stunning revelation*. This is one of those moments...I won't forget for a lonnnnggg time.

I am taking my 1st picture on Monday. I even went to Wal-Mart and bought an "outfit" for the occassion. (Knit short-shorts and tank top, UGH!) I have a tri-pod, so I am taking my own picture that no one will ever see!! Hugs!

I went in Tuesday for my pre-op appointment with the Dr.s office and they took pictures. I was afraid the camera would break. My hubby will take some, I am not looking forward to that.

You guys need teenage kids. For five dollars they will take the before picture with a minimun amountof disgust on their faces and your husband will be spared the horror! LOL

Well done you! I've been thinking about this today. I can't stand to be seen, so the thought of having my husband do the pictures ugh :rose:.

My surgery is October 22 - good luck with yours !

I usually take 3 sets up pictures. One is a "pre-op" outfit, so I can see how much looser it is. Two is a pre-op/tight current outift. These are the ones I post. Three is completely naked. Actually doesn't bother me for him to take the pics because I like to be naked and walk around naked all the time. But it bothers the $^#% out of me to see how I had let myself get.

I never took any and there are very few pics around with me in them in my house. I never got beyond a BMI of about 36 but I still looked hideous.

Now I'm posting photos of myself half naked, lol, and I really WISH I had a comparison. So painful as it is, they will mean a lot to you one day.

Ok, I just finished taking my pics. Yikes!! Is that really me in the pictures? Surely not!! If I wasn't getting banded on the 15th, I would be totally depressed. Well, it will only get better from now on. Hugs

HEY FLUFFYINKS! We have the same doctor! I hadn't seen anyone else (other than my husband) who had him. Neat-o!

Anyway, I just had my eight year old son take my pictures the other day in order to spare my husband. He didn't seem to mind taking them, but they are all at a weird angle since he's so short.

Hi Rabid24,

Dr. Hamilton is an old friend of my husband and mine. He is a great guy and a great surgeon. I haven't heard of anyone else having him as their surgeon either. Good luck with your surgery.

Hugs!

Oh how cool! He did a great job on my husband. My surgery is the day after tomorrow and I'm hoping he does just as good on me:) Good luck with your surgery as well. It's getting close!
