Bcbs Tx

I have just started my journey. My insurance just denied all my initial blood work and my endoscopy! Does anyone have experience with bcbs Tx that is familiar with the appeal process? Any suggestions as I try to get approval?

I am finding out that bcbs Tx has exclusions for diagnosis. I am working with my Dr. In order to re-submit using different codes. So if you know which codes work for Texas please share.

From what i was told the obesity unspecified isnt a coverd diagnosis but rather i think it was severe morbid obesity due to excessive calorie intake
