I'm gonna probably echo a lot of what's been said. It will stretch your stomach out (like just make you feel full not make it bigger) and it's like swallowing air so imo it causes bad gas(bloating and such) LOL. Also and this is the biggest factor. It leeches calcium from your bones that can cause problems and conditions later on in life. It's not smart it's empty calories and high in sugar too. But if your really craving something sweet how about some ice tea or lemonade?
