Surgery is Monday 27 Feb

My surgery is Monday. I'm getting so terrified. I'm not good with pain. I'm on day 6 of liquid diet and I dream about grilled cheese sandwiches all night. I'm so weak. Is this normal to panic?? Any input would be great.
