8 weeks - how many ounces

I'm sure this gets asked all of the time and I do see my nutritionist on Tuesday but I am curious what others are doing.

I'm 8 weeks post-op from gastric bypass and can only eat 3 ounces at a time every 4 hours. Any attempt at changing size or time makes me sick.

How much are you eating? And how often? Thanks.
