7 months post op

I was sleeved July 2016 and I feel like i have been at a stall for a month I was 247 and am at 185 I feel like I'm always hungry and as if I shoukd have lost more weight by now has anybody Been through this I feel like i been eating alot aND I'm not going to lose anymore helplp

First off, congrats on the weight loss! Second, what are your stats... male or female, how tall?

We have to remember that the surgery doesn't always get people down to a "normal" bmi. It frequently just gets them to the top end of overweight. Any additional work is for YOU to do!

Food journaling, high protein, low carb, water, vitamins, exercise. These will continue helping you. If you eat too much, you will gain. If you eat too little, you will plateau. It's a balancing act.
