The day after nmy 29th birthday!! What a gift.... this time next year my 30th I will be sooo different. Dr. Mumford was sooo nice and explained everything. I have my Optifast and am ready to go.

This pretty lady was staring at me when I came out and stopped my mother. She was so pretty with streaked hair and dolce sunglasses on. She asked if I was her daughter my mom was like yes... and she said ( I was standing away at the desk) I was her spitting image just 2 years ago. She is a size 6 now but weighed exactly the same as me and lost 225 lbs. Here I thought she was this chick in for a boob job and was staring at me because I was fat. She said she felt a connection with me right away and told my mom I will do great and it was the best decison we could have made. She tours with Dr. Coburn as one of his most successful patients. It was a sign that she was there to let me know it is ok and the right thing to do. If Iwas not sure before, I am 100% sure now!!!!

Congrats on your date, I know how excited you must be! That's SO soon, you're lucky!!!
