Question about time

I've noticed that the times on the board seem to be about 20 minutes slower than real time. For example, someone will make a post and it will have appeared when I refresh a page that I've been on a short time, but it has a time stamp of 20 minutes ago. Is that something that can be fixed?

    To further illustrate my point, I just made a post on another thread. The time stamp on the post was 11:59 PM, yet the clock on my computer says 12:19 AM.
