    . Those calories sound low to me. I'm 4 months post op and getting around 950 a day. And I'm just walking 10k a day. You may need to up the calories or even try a new food plan to shake things up.

    I am eating about 800 calories a day and 80 Protein. I am walking about 8,000 steps a day and do aerobic type videos 2 to 3 times a week. I have been on a stall for 6 weeks. I think I might need to join a gym, yikes.

    Sounds like your doing everything right! Maybe going up in calories might help or just be patient.. lol which is not easy at all.. good luck and keep us posted

You may need to up the calories or even try a new food plan to shake things up. I moved to a macro plan earlier this month and dropped faster. 35% complex carbs 25% fat 40% protein.
