2 insurances

Hi all, I have two insurances, both will cover the surgery but I'm not sure at what percentage.

My question is, can approval be submitted to both insurances? One is a little more strict than the other and I think i may be denied through one but approved through the other. Has anyone went through a similar experience?

The insurances are BC/BS of AL

and BC/BS Anthem.
