Compression garment

I had surgery one month ago my doctor said to me wear compression garment 24hour!to prevent extra skin after losing weight.bought body and sleeve garment for about 200$ but it's too difficult to wear it bothers me. Does anyone use compression garment? Was it useful for u?

I purchased a compression wrap for my tummy which helped my initial few weeks getting up and down and car rides. I probably only used it a total of 2 weeks. Wasn't worth the cost. Had nothing to do with excess skin.
