Surgery before bypass?

I'm currently in the 180 day weight loss trial phase with my insurance company. I will finish at the end of April.

I will find out on Feb 1 if I need an Endometrial ablation or a Hysterectomy. Did anyone have these done before surgery? Would my bypass be delayed?

    I had my gallbladder out about 90 days prior to surgery. My dr. Said they couldn't be within six weeks of each other. It's recovery time between.
