Y'all, today I finished the online teaching module, recently I did the psychiatric evaluation, all of my blood work and upper gi xray results were sent to my surgeon, my medical clearance from my pcp was sent. I've lost 35lbs in 4 weeks (of the 25-40 my surgeon requested) I updated my next appointment date from the 13th to the 11th and that is likely going to be the date we make the decision when the surgery is which is likely gonna be within the 2 weeks after that. I've got loose fitting clothes ready, I've got slip on shoes, I bought a bunch of lip balm and have a bunch of coconut oil to moisturize. I have 2oz freezer cups to prepare some foods ahead of time. I bought a vitamix to help with some of it. I'm starting to freak out a little but I'm so excited. By the end of this month it's likely I'm going to have my GVS. Anything else I've missed that I should have on hand?
