i didn't have an extremely high bmi to start with so i know i'll loose slower.
i started at 255 day of surgery i was 240(so after my two weeks of optifast)
today i weigh 202/201
i am 5"7
i've just started hitting my Protein goal daily for about 2 weeks now!
i'm unsure if i'm not loosing weight like i should be. i feel great but the scale hasn't moved in 2.5 weeks i know it happens but last month i only lost maybe 8/9 pounds i am 3 months out from surgery had it september 22 2016 should i try and work harder? or just keep on going
thanks
