Fashion Divas

Hey everyone,

I love following fashion trends and now that my size keeps shrinking, I'm getting even more into finding cute clothes and getting good ideas. For instance, Vera Wang has started a clothing collection at Kohl's called Simply Vera Wang and the most expensive thing is around $135 -- sizes up to 16.

I also found a web page that tracks Hollywood trends and then remakes things in affordable prices. It had some cool stuff.

Hot in Hollywood

As long as we're getting skinny, we may as well get hip and GORGEOUS!

Anyone else a fashionista?

The best (and most expensive part) about losing the weight is getting new clothes!! A new mall is opening up about 2 miles from my house. I can't wait to shop in all the "regular" stores!!

I spent $300 on clothes last month and they are all too big now! I am trying to get as much use out of them as I can, but I look sloppy. I want to look put together and above all else I want to look hot!

I'm a fashionista to be. I love fashion, designers, shoes (saving up for a pair of Manolos or maybe Jimmy Choos) - you name it. I can't wait until I can fit into that stuff. I will walk away from Lane Bryant and never, EVER, look back

When I was in high school (about the size I am now I guess) I used to make my own clothes. They had nothing to do with any 'trend' or anything like that, just something I designed that I thought looked good. I didn't quit doing that because I got big actually, I quit doing it because I entered the corporate world and wanted to be taken seriously. Once I got big, even when I started working for my mom I never went back to making my spiffy outfits. My mom has told me dozens of times she wishes for the me from high school. I like to think I'm getting close, lol.

I'm moving out of Southern California to Oregon, so I'm hoping the extra money I have will allow me the extra funds to be creative like that again. Money is only one excuse, but a strong one. heh.
