Ditto!!! I'm 14 months out from surgery and had a 10 week stall which just broke this week. Stay on track and it will happen. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I had RNY gastric bypass almost 1 year ago. I have been 165, 166 for the past several months. I am stuck here. Any advice from people who have gone before me? Should I try the 5 day pouch test? Maybe I should do the pre op liquid diet of 3 Protein shakes a day? I just want to jump start my weight loss again. I am 5' 3" and at 165 I am still overweight.
Any advice on getting the remainder of the weight off would be appreciated. If you had RNY did you continue to lose after the first year?
