are they safe to have in the mushie phase of lap band?

I eat bananas every day. I'm 19 days post-op. I have to eat them slowly and chew them up really well, but they go down fine.

Me Too I Love Bananas Especially Smoothies But I Am Five Weeks Post Banding And Have Been Eating Them For A Couple Of Weeks Now.

I had leg cramps, so I was eating bananas every day for at least a mont (approx. 2 months post-op).

If I ate them in the morning, I did have to go super slow, they got stuck sometimes. After noon, they went down fine.

so we're on the banana bandwagon LOL

I love a smoothie as well.

Splenda, banana, skim milk, & SF vanilla carnation instant bkfst.

Try bananas sliced up and added to sugar free instant vanilla pudding!..........I always feel liked I've cheated!
