2 week appointment with surgeon

So, I was sleeved on 12-14 and went in today for my 2 week appointment. Dr was very happy with my progress, incisions are healing nicely, and, I'm down 24 pounds since my surgeryI also was bumped to stage 3 soft foods. I know it's going to slow down, but I'm enjoying it.

@@megetslim no reason to be bummed out, we all lose at different rates. At my two week appointment I had only lost 10 pounds. I am now 3.5 weeks out and I have lost 24! It just took my body a little longer to realize it was supposed to be losing steadily. Now I am prepared that I should be hitting my first stall any day now. Don't compare yourself to others and relax, the weight will come off and it will come off faster than it ever would have prior to surgery. Keep your head up
