Five days post surgery

Had my surgery on 12/21. Slept straight for 28 hours with just a few sips of Water and potty visits. I'm drinking & eating as directed now, but I still want to sleep constantly. The smallest effort wears me out and I have to lay down for a bit to recover. Is this a normal thing? And if so, when does it start to pass?

Normal.. it will last a few weeks you will function but be very tired. Enjoy the ride it gets better and the weight will come off. Before you know it you will have so much energy you won't know what happened.
