Hello I'm scared!

Hello I'm post op 8 months ago and I'm scared because I can see more food fits in and because I've been binging a lot before my menstrual cycle I get really bad cravings of unhealthy and sugary stuff! I haven't gained weight thank god but I'm scared of gaining my weight back or stretching my stomach. PLEASE HELP

I heard that the sleeve relaxes several months post-op. I also heard that it is *almost* impossible to stretch it; because it would take a lot of overeating to do so. My doctor told me that it'll be easier to eat more than 4 oz of food once you're about 6 months - 10 months post-op. I think you're fine. If you haven't gained weight, then chances are, you're not overeating enough to do much damage.
