Maintenance

I am about 10-15 pounds from my goal and have no clue how to stop the weight loss once I get there. Never thought I'd "hear" myself utter those words!! The obvious answer is to eat more but 1) the restriction still keeps me from doing that and 2) most of the time when I eat more, I see my biggest losses. I'm not complaining, just want to prepare for this change both mentally as well as preparing for any food changes.

Thoughts welcome!

I'm not there so don't quote me but due to restriction I was getting too little calories in. I had 2 options, eat more or higher calories. I chose both. I started eating bacon or sausage for breakfast and added in an afternoon snack. My snack is usually cottage cheese and sugar-free jam. The higher calories first thing in the morning also gave me an energy boost.

I was told to multiply my weight by 11 and use that as a base rate for maintenance calories. Adjust up or down as needed.
