A week into lower food intake.

Well a week ago I started my diet. I'm not specifically on an all liquid diet, but I try to have more Soups and things. I started at 428 and today I weighed at 411. I've had a few slip ups, but I expect in 2 weeks I will be ready for more structure. Tomorrow morning I go for my Upper GI x ray. I'm nervous, but it's the last test I need. I go back to my surgeon on January 13th the likely schedule a surgery date. My blood work is in and I need to lose at least 13 more lbs or more before the surgeon would approve it. Yesterday I had a real slump with my emotions. I'm trying hard to stop my eating going with my emotions. Not easy. How are you guys doing?

I'm not seeing anyone yet but I will be soon. I'm also really fortunate to have an incredibly supportive roommate I can talk to about all of it and she is so helpful. She helped me get through yesterday and not go completely off track. My friends have also been super supportive too.
