Scale question

What number do you put down in your log? The doctor's scale? Do you put down the lowest number you see first thing in the morning? I can't decide how best to keep track ... any thoughts? I know it is not a right or wrong thing but was wondering what you guys do.

My sons and I watched "Dodgeball" last night and there is a line in there where the evil gym manager tells one of his flunkies to add three pounds to the scales in the women's locker room before he goes home. I thought it was hilarious and it made me think of this post.

Obviously whichever scale you use, use the same one all the time.

It gives me different readings. But, I weigh myself in the morning about 5 times and I take the highest reading from my scale. Always at the same time every day.
