5 days post op - HELP!

I am five days post op- the surgery went well and my surgeon decided to experiment with me and only do three incisions as opposed to the standard five .

I was feeling fine in the hospital ( obviously on hydromorphine pain pump for two days- then went to liquid norco) I've been out of the hospital for 1.5 days now ( was in hospital four days and three nights this is standard for my surgeon)

Yesterday I felt find with minimal pain and I was woke out of a dead sleep with intense pain - I've been crying all morning it hurts so bad- I also ended up getting my period the day after surgery- and my surgeon required a bowel prep the day before surgery so I'm still constantly having to go number 2 .

Hot flashes galore as well- I'm 27 and my surgery weight was 223 if that matters - did anyone else get worse as the days went on ?

Here's a picture - the drain area is just that the drain sight then the belly button to the side of it and under my breast where they moved my liver are the actual incision sites they used in surgery- I'm feeling like there may have been a possibility that more gas was put into me to blow up my stomach since less incisions were used ?
