Try yogurt or cottage cheese. try smaller bites,I use a baby spoon and eat slow.I had my surgery Nov.22,2016. I'n still on soft foods til Drs appt Friday. If you can't get food down the Dr needs to check for stricture.

Hi! I'm new to the app and still learning to navigate around but I want to know all I can before my surgery ! Do you feel full with the new stomach or do you still have the cravings just can't eat it?

I feel full when I eat. There are lots of cravings at the beginning, or at least I did. There's a big difference between head hunger and actual hunger, which you will learn to navigate.
