Two days until surgery and haven't cheated on my liquid diet! I was allowed to have vegetables and grilled meat, etc. and my question is is it okay if I ate that today? The only thing I see on all my papers is clear liquid only for day before surgery (tomorrow). I'll obviously tell my surgeon I have ground turkey meat today but do you think it will be a problem?

I don't think so..keep it light and then start your liquid tomorrow.. Best of luck and healthy recovery ..
