I put myself in a stall.

I've been on a stall for about a week and a half now... I'm 3 months out and over 100 pounds down.. how do I beat the stall? I'm considering going back to my pre-op diet for a week or so?

First of all congratulations!!

I know the stalls in men are differs than in women. But what helped me was changing my workout routine and I did incorporate 3 days a week...liquid stage diet plan.

You have lost a lot in short amount of time... So just shock it to remind it to keep losing.

Best of luck!

Very nice smile
