Anyone else having issue with PatchMD?

I have been using their product for about 4 months and up to now had no issues, till now.

I got my last order and it was wrong, but my biggest concern is they are not responding to multiple phone messages or e-mails for well over a week.

    I get mine from the Bariatric center but I know Amazon has it, maybe you can't get it faster there.

    Ordering through their website was an absolute disaster. I got spammed (30+) with order confirmations, but they never sent it. I asked for a refund if they weren't going to send it, they gave me one instantly and then sent the package the next day. Never again.
