Just reading some of the threads from re-starters and a lot of us are doing great. Keep up your good work.

For all those still struggling, today just try to master ONE THING. then in a few days try another thing. It will kick back in!

Check in here. I'm personally checking out a new support group in my area next week and although I'm nervous to go (because of my regain), I think that it really is necessary for accountability.
