Are there any groups in McKinney? I live in Leonard Texas and McKinney is already thirty minutes away from where I live. I'm hoping with as large as McKinney is that there is a group and I won't have to go to Plano, Frisco, or Allen which would make for an even further drive.

Awesome! Have you had surgery yet? I'm currently on day five of my liquid diet before my sleeve surgery on 12/9.

I am new to the forum. I had my surgery last May 2015 and I have only lost 43 lbs. This is tough for me I am only at 274 from 318 and I am not eating bad. What the What is going on!!!!

Welcome! What does your doctor say about your progress? I know we are all different & lose at different rates, but 43 pounds in a year & a half seems excessively slow.

My nutritionist always asks if we are doing the following when we hit long stalls:

90 g Protein per day

Minimum of 64 oz water/day

No coffee

Low carbs

No more than 24g sugar/day

Consuming between 1000-1200 calories per day
