2nd "initial" appointment

So I went in two months ago and they weighed me and said I either needed to have diabetes or gain 15lbs! I was waiting for blood work to see if I had diabetes and I do not! Soooo I gained a few lbs (feeling guilty eating junk and feeling like crap) I only gained 3 lbs sooooo I bought some weights to wear I was going to go back and tell the dr, well I gained the 15 lbs .. I'm just nervous he's not going to believe me and get suspicious .. but maybe I'll just tell him I've been eating nothing but carbs and potatoes lol I'm sure he's has patients before that have purposely gained some weight to get this done?

I feel alittle guilty but I really need this surgery done it's so hard for me to lose weight and my job I stand on my feet 10-12hrs a day! It's taking a toll on my feet
