There is no protein patch, I struggled the first few days but it got better right after I passed 7 or 8 days. I tried all the Protein Shakes and Premier works best for me. It is creamy, not chalky. The ones you mix with Water are horrible to me. I prefer the vanilla and sometimes chocolate Premier, the other flavors taste very artificial to me, yuck.

My surgeon fussed at me on my one week ppst-op about protein, if you don't get it in you will not heal, and your hair loss will be worse.

As a last resort some people buy GENEPRO and mix it with water and something like Crystal Light or Mio drops. There is controversy about it though, my doctor does not recommend it.

I haven't had surgery yet but I been drinking Protein shakes for a while. I like canned pure protein for on the go but what is the best is unjury unflavored. You can mix it with anything.
