Water intake schedule

Sleeved 09/06/16. Was looking for sleevers close to my surgery date. Can anyone post a liquid intake schedule? I'm trying to get my 64oz of Water a day and it is really hard for me. If I drink to much I feel hungry or sometimes slight nausea. I put some flavor in my water because since surgery plain water hasn't sat well in my stomach. Thank you in advance!
