I'm a little over three weeks out and trying to focus on getting into a good meal routine with good habits & learning my "full" feeling... it's so different than it was before. Thank you. I totally agree on your full part. Think goodness my nd helps with that he reminds me to slow down and made me down load Tetris blitz I take a bite play. Game 2 mins in each game. Works great.
