Normal for me - when I take my meds at night and drink at a faster pace than throughout the day, you'd think I had a little monster inside wanting out. I think a lot of people's sleeves talk to them. I wouldn't be concerned.

Thanks yea mine is talking to me for sure I think I'm drinking to fast trying to get the 64 ounces in is tough and also I think all the gases move around
