I am also from NW Glendale and I don't know of any. I was banded in Sept. 2007.

How are you doing? After quite a few adjustments I think I finally have it right. I am one pound away from losing 50 lbs! I thought I would have lost more by now. I have gone from a 26 down to a 20 (just last week) in pants.
