I am a few days shy of my 5 month post-op. I have had this pain on my left side since they removed my drainage tube. I ended up getting pancreatitis and they don't know how or why I got it because I don't drink at all and my gallbladder has been out since 2010. I have had a ultrasound, blood work and a few CT scans done and they are coming back normal, but I have a fatty liver. I am getting a EGD done on wednesday and now they are saying if this comes back normal then there is nothing else that they can do. I am in constant pain and I will not be one of those people that have to have narcotics to get the pain to go away. Has anyone had this problem? I would like some advise on what to do next because right now I am at a loss as to what to do next.
