Restriction with yogurt...

Had a second fill today and I'm feeling serious restriction eating yogurt. I wonder if this will pass after a day or so or if I'm just too tight? Water goes down (I feel it go) but I'm surprised that I'm feeling yogurt just hang around in my chest. Thoughts?
