Never going to be this weight again!

Omg! I am starting my pre op diet today. Scheduled for 10/25. I got on the scale this morning (211) and thought I will never be this weight again. I'm walking on air and think my shake is the best thing I've ever tasted!

    This is sooooo tru and I'm so happy for you!!!!!

    I just had a new Protein shake yesterday...it made me feel like I was really cheating...if you are not doing any caffeine at all, this is not the shake for you (it's like drinking one large cup of coffee) OMG it is so delicious!!!!

    I am post-op 4 1/2 months and I am having a caffeine drink a day, and this is so amazing post-286526-14761895548947_thumb.jpg
